About Me


I’m a published writer/editor with a background in media, education, and wellness. My portfolio features topics such as mental health, healing, spirituality, and personal growth. In addition, I’ve been studying and teaching mindful movement since 2015.

I combine these skills by hosting mindfulness and writing workshops, ghostwriting for leaders in the field, and creating content for platforms like Calm and Insight Timer.

My mission is to empower others to trust themselves, their bodies, and their stories. I believe that everyone has a story and when we cultivate a relationship with storytelling, we deepen the connection to ourselves and our communities.

With this newsletter, my intention is to build community and share the lessons I’m learning in the lifelong practice of mindful writing.
